As part of our commitment to the fight against doping in our sport, the International Handball Federation is kindly requesting support and commitment of handball communities around the world to attend five webinars delivered by the International Testing Agency (ITA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These webinars are scheduled for over a one-month period at the rate of one webinar and one hour per week: Tuesday 7, 14, 21, 28 November and 5 December 2023 at 14:00 \u2013 15:00 CET.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

These interactive one-hour webinars are designed to guide, educate, and inform our handball communities on anti-doping rules and their anti-doping rights and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The webinars will be conducted in English<\/u><\/strong> with simultaneous translation being available in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those who attend all five sessions successfully will receive a certificate from the ITA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These webinar series are free and open to the entire handball community, including but not limited to, players of all age categories, coaches, athletes support personnel and medical personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strongly encourage everyone to participate in these webinars and obtain the final certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We count on each National Federation, Athlete Commission member, player, coach, athlete support personnel and other stakeholders to disseminate this information among colleagues, friends and members.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that under the WADA Code, it is a requirement for member federations to conduct education, and the webinar series is a great opportunity to be proactive about fulfilling this requirement. Asking the Athletes\u2019 Commission Members and other-high profile players to share this information across their social channels could be another good way to publicize the series.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
