Slovenia secures logical victory against deserving Belgians. The Black Arrows lost their first official qualifying match in the run-up to a major tournament to Slovenia. Halfway through the match, the score was 17–8 in favour of the home team. The match eventually ended 29–22.

On Sunday, October 19th at 1:45 pm, the Black Arrows will play their first official home qualifying match for a major international tournament. That day, they will face Germany. A few days earlier, they will travel to Slovenia to kick off this campaign. It’s a huge challenge, but also a fantastic opportunity for the Belgian handball players, who can build on their meteoric rise over the past year.
