Lady Fortuna is a project launched by the National Lottery to support initiatives that empower women in sports. Among the selected participants this year proudly stands the Royal Belgian Handball Federation (URBH) with its flagship project: supporting the Black Arrows, our national women’s team.
This initiative takes on a historic dimension, as the Black Arrows will be participating for the very first time in the qualifiers for the 2026 EURO. An ambitious journey that deserves our full support!

The Black Arrows represent the future of Belgian women’s handball. Their determination, team spirit, and talent deserve to be backed by an entire nation. Thanks to Lady Fortuna, we all have the opportunity to stand by them at this crucial moment.
How to vote on the National Lottery website? It’s easy:
- Go to the official website:

- Select the project of the Royal Belgian Handball Federation – Black Arrows.
- Click on “Vote” to confirm your support.

- Every vote brings the Black Arrows closer to the final round, where €100,000 will be distributed among the finalist projects.
